Yharim will be the final regular boss of Calamity and the conclusion to its story, fought after SCal and Exos. Noxus and Xeroc will be post-Yharim superbosses, optional challenges that serve as an epilogue of sorts.

if i vividly remember, Yharim told you in the whisper note that he will await our challenge at a volcano-sound-like location (dragon something was it?). (if they plan to add Yharim, it would be cool that to fight him you need to activate a portal-like structure, which leads to that volcano place he is talking about).

Unknown. I'd say Giant Clam and Desert Scourge come with the Sunken Sea update, Slime God comes pretty soon, DoG and Signus come in the Distortion update, and Yharon comes... eventually (there's not really a specifically themed update that would fit beyond the Yharim update).
