I think 1 hp is even a relief to play. You don't need to think about how much health you have left, you don't need accessories to regenerate your health. (I finished calamity mod with 1 hp few month ago)

That's legit. Every accessory that gives more hp / defence / s just becomes useless since you gotta get hit in the first place. You can change them for damage or even movement speed which makes some of the fighs a piece of cake, especially for summoners since they're already used to dodge while on close quarters

I remember the Demon Blade, I got it from an early Demon drop (Before fighting any boss) and it absolutely carried me through a megamod pack's Prehardmode Which considering it was Masochist mode all time, makes it a weapon I'm immediately getting in my next playthroughs (unless it's class specific)

This is how I played the mod and Fargo's Souls (Sorta, it was a Touhou mod that made every hit do 50 damage, with a graze circle included too but I did do nohit hardcore for both mods too... Yeah, didn't succeed at the latter But I made it to the Brain of Cthulhu without taking damage! A Slime Rain, Eye in a chest helped significantly)

I love seeing the sudden change from melee to summoner because it's really similar to my first ever legit calamity (I say legit since my actual first time I just used cheat mod and got OP ass weapons cause I was bad) playthrough lol. I played mage because I REALLY like magic stuff and games but eventually got stuck so I said "fuck it, summoner." and then I didn't change even once off summoner and beat the entire fucking mod. summoner OP no nerf please I'm bad without my minions lmao

Don't make armor. Defense divides damage done to the player, where damage is always rounded up, making the minimum one. Even a slime attacking you in classic while you have 9999 defense still deals 1 damage.
