Assalam o Alehkum Sir ckd patient can use vitamin B12 (inj mythecobal) if yes howmuch. Because in these patient muscles cramp. Akran and pain. And anemia despite of taking tropin injection. Tropin use two weekly but if stop one week consequently blood is decreased.
