Great video, thank you! Would you consider doing something similar for calculating interest (and future balance) on a high interest/ high APY savings account? For example, how to determine how much interest will be earned over a certain period of time with consistent deposits each week/month. Let's say interest is compounded daily and applied monthly. I did find two videos about this, but I wasn't able to follow along as easily as I do when watching your tutorials.

When you calculate back (which is on first example) 2835,43*30*12= 1020754,8 is the future value and when you divide it with primary value 1.020.754,8/450.000= 2,268344 (this is the 30 years rate . When you divide this number by 30 The annual interest rate shows 0,0756 which is 7,56% is not the same interest rate (6,47%) . Where is the mistake ???
