Bought one from Lowe’s. Shows a zero. No buttons work. Tried the reset

My construction master 5 calculator on my app, that I bought from the app store is not having the same numbers, video time 6.28 I type the 8" and R HT and the after I press stair, come 8" rise , is same , but after I press stair again, and RSRS and is 12, and yours is 15, and I press stair again and T WD is 10 15/16" and yours show 13 5/32", I dit it 10 times and I still getting the same numbers, I bought the app today, is something wrong?

Maybe the default Riser Ht is not using the same value. To change the default value type the "value you want"+Conv+7
