Thanks, & great upload. Very informative. I would love to see some additional examples perhaps involving more complex scenarios. For instance, how to determine royalty acres based on a royalty burden that is greater than 1/8. I know how to calculate these scenarios using the formula NMA(royalty burden/.125) = net royalty acres. I just don’t fully understand the concept. And since you give such wonderful explanations I thought you could help me better understand the concept. Thanks.
