Whats the use of the 321 then
@GSCEMathematicsZone123 ай бұрын
Uses of Bearings (in this case, 321⁰) 1. Return Navigation (Hiking, Boating, Aviation): - When hiking, sailing, or flying, knowing the return bearing is crucial. If you travel from point A to B on a bearing of 141°, you need to know that to return, you would follow a bearing of 321°. This ensures you retrace your path efficiently, avoiding getting lost. 2. Surveying and Mapping: - In construction or land surveying, if you measure a bearing from a control point A to point B for laying out a structure, you might later need to use the reverse bearing from B to A for accuracy checks or to confirm distances and directions from both ends. 3. Rescue Missions: - During a rescue operation, rescuers might initially travel from a base (point A) to a disaster site (point B) on a bearing of 141°. Once the mission is complete, they would need the return bearing (321°) to ensure they can safely navigate back to the base, especially in poor visibility or challenging conditions.

39+225 is 264 not 294
@GSCEMathematicsZone127 ай бұрын
You are right. If you maintain the 225⁰, you'll get 294⁰ as the answer, but remember, in the video I corrected, the original question from the exam past paper had 255⁰ and not 225⁰.

What if I say 180+141
@GSCEMathematicsZone123 ай бұрын
I see. But, even if you have found the correct answer, I still don't agree with your method. Your method must clearly show that you understand the concept of Bearings. Thank you.
