is there a way to not do a list for the cities on the data entry page and use a vlookup against the cities list?

The city entry is from a drop down. So you basically tell the Destination and the weight and the excel will calculate the shipping rates.

Hi, can you help me with the logical fuction(roundup) & vlookup in excel.. i have the shipping rate from the shiping company but i cant create the automation for weight calculation. For example (if weight 0.20g the price can be calculate but if the weight 0.24 or 0.26 it cannot detect the shipping price.. please help me

That actually depends on the shipping company. Some companies consider each piece individually and calculate the shipping and some do a "package" deal and so you might want to contact the shipping company directly.
