I'm a mess. If I was to use 15-15-15 in a sprayer. How much fertilizer would I use? I believe I can spray the base only? HELP!

but how do we know we need 1 lb of N 2 lbs of P and 3 pounds of K? Soil tests show PPM needed, not pounds. How do you convert the PPM needed to pounds??
