Delta T is the change in the temperature. If you have two temperatures, the delta T = final temp - initial temp. For example, if the temperature starts at 21 C and ends up at 36 C, the change in temperature (delta T) is 36 - 21 = 15 C.

pardon me but you made a mistake in the last part of your calculation.947 j / 76.4 g x 0.607 is not 20.4 because if you do the calculations again it comes out as 7.52.....why did you divide everything?? you were supposed to divide them multiply....thank you for your help, but I just had to point that out.

Please be careful with your order of operations. I don't know if they still teach it this way in math classes, but I was taught it as "Please Excuse My Dear Aunt Sally" for Parentheses Exponents Multiplication Division Addition Subtraction.The 76.4 should be multiplied by the 0.607 first before the division. 947/(76.4 x 0.607) = 947/46.3748 = 20.4
