Wouldn’t it be 60 = 4r + 2b + pie for perimeter instead of 2r ? Because b became 2b so 2r should become 4r🤷‍♂️

Hey isn't L=2r which would mean that P=2 (2r)+2b?

Because we are only going on the OUTSIDE of the whole shape. So the dotted line does not get included because that is not the outside.
