I am just gonna say parts 106 onwards @ 29:16 are upside down all of them. Good luck taking them off :) Read twice, measure twice, fit check twice, glue once :) Also small advice for next decks [ not the one you have done ] it's a lot easier to cut them exactly in half put them in to check how much do you have to cut of each side [ usually 1/4 of inch ] and then plank and fit after. It's a lot lot easier than doing it as book says. But you can try fitting first deck as book says and try next one as my suggestion.

Looks nice and sturdy, (mine arrived today), those stern parts if you use vinegar on them you should be able to get them unstuck without breaking them, just apply with a brush leave for a few minutes.

forgive me greg but I suspect the last four stern pieces are upside down. check to make sure. hope I am wrong
