I feel like I've probably done this maneuver on accident. But seeing it broken down and explained with such detailed thought is awesome and helps me understand it better. Great video!

Can you help me understand what you mean by load the skid with regards to popping off. Are you saying you want the suspension compressed with all your weight before accelerating? Thank
@CalebKesterke2 күн бұрын
Yes, you want the suspension to compress to help pop off the edge, it will also help you get traction and keep the front end up

Hey Caleb, I find myself in stiff snowpack/chewed up choppy terrain really battling my sled to stay in control, I got stock shocks on my 23 Xpert so I have no control of my rebound settings on my shocks. What do you find yourself doing to help stay in control in situations like this.

I’ve been trying to find videos for tips on hillclimb racing but couldn’t find anything as I feel that I could benefit from some of their techniques they may be using. Thanks!

Definitely above my skill level, but I still enjoy the break down of the move and the info you add. Thanks for the advice.

How you throttle through choppy terrain can have an effect on that. Skidoos in general don't hold an edge as well through rough sidehills though
