Have you tried changing laundry detergent or things you use in the laundry ? I had hives for some time and it ended up being the fabric softener that I was putting in the washer . The dryer sheets dont effect me but the kind that goes in the washer do . Just a suggestion from someone who suffered for quite some time

I feel for you Caleb, i've had hives for 20 years and take a antihistamine every day. Dermatologist told me its caused by pressure and not much i can do but take the antihistamine

Caleb, use ice packs on the hives. It will help them settle down when they pop up. You may never find the reason and it might take a couple years for them to settle down. Stress is typically the common reason even if you don't feel that stressed.
