At 9:39 train says it's out of service but when it's going back a few moments later the back of the train still says out of service?

Because its warning people at terminal that its not in service then it goes to depot saying its not in service

Is it loud at night in the neighbourhood, who has to put up with the c-train going by people's backyards

Yes, agree it is loud, but the provision was already in place for the train to be built in these residential areas before these communities were built-up and people bought their homes and moved-in. I would not want to live right beside the c-train. You're right... too loud!
