Coming from Mallorca in 2023 to living in Los Menchones/Las Golondrinas area on the upper side. Fantastic views over the green Almanzora valley with the skyline of La Alfoquia around the clock. The private and elevated location giving stunning views nearly at every point on my 700 m2 property with only a few neighbors and lots of nature around. Just 15 min walk to Arboleas medical center or Luigi's Pizzeria and 20 minutes walk to Arboleas center with all amenities. Also walking distance to Zurgena and La Alfoquia in around 30 minutes or less. Excellent connection to the highway in a few minutes. Aldi, Lidl, Rossmann, Action and Mercadona in Albox only 10 minutes by car.
