How's your experience been so far? Im on day 6 and haven't seen much changes yet.

I had a very minor upset stomach for a couple of days when I started it but feel good now. I was taking antibiotics at the time and didn't have any negative side effects from them - so overall I think it helped! On a day-to-day basis, however, it's so hard to pinpoint what changes I'm seeing.
