I take magnesium Glycinate for sleeping is way better for me. I went from 4 hours of sleep a night to 10 hours of sleep 🤯, I also make sure not to drink caffeine 6 hours before sleep, and try to avoid heavy energizing vitamins like B12 as well, I take it on an empty stomach. One pill...or two... sometimes I'll take it with 5htp and lthionine....and have you heard of negative ions...lol

Yes but it's a long story, With a ton of details, Magnesium Relaxes me, I have citrate, magntein and Glycinate by nature made 100 percent chelated. I use magntein in the morning citrate mid day and Glycinate at night. ... I must also add that I do use l,theonine and 5htp ... But even before that I was getting good sleep with magnesium and this air filter thing, but whether it's placebo or not I still use it to this day... When I used them in combination is when I saw my sleep go from 4-5 hours to 7-10 hours ....and modifications to pre sleep food, no stimulants, I use white noise and black screen

@@KristinesLife-po3fc because I still need about 400mg of mag and I don't want to overuse my Glycinate or magntein....I only take 100 magtein and 200 Glycinate...plus I had citrate before I bought the other types.

@@SunscreenQueen-zy6fq I think it feeds the brain so the neurons are firing better thereby making you more alert. I just started taking it this week again after a long time.I find my clarity of thought is much better.

I had the Samething happened to me, after taking this it kept me awake all the night, this and magnesium glycinate had the same effect on me, I couldn’t figure out what was keeping me awake, because I thought this was supposed to improve your sleep, so when you started taking it during the day, were you able to fall asleep at night.

Yep - I usually take this with my breakfast or lunch -so falling asleep at night isn't an issue.

I've never heard of this - do you have any links to studies regarding calcium deficiency and magtein sleep disturbance?

@@KristinesLife-po3fc like sodium and potassium, calcium and magnesium are balancing electrolytes. If one overwhelms the other you will experience disturbances. Deficiency is one possibility. Receptor responsiveness is another. Try having your magnesium with a glass of milk 3-4 hours before sleep time and then pls revert with your experience.
