Wonderful scenery and great drive. Much of the drive made me feel like whenever I drove through SW Virginia and East Tennessee. I'd like to see that Jumping Frog Jubilee. Sounds fun. Definitely a small town thing!

A long needed do over of CA 4 in the Sierra Nevada. I'm esp happy that you're starting from the highway's transition from the Central Valley into the foothills of the mountain range since you didn't feature them in your previous videos of the highway. Speaking of which, at 8:37, I'm assuming that the closed off road used to be CA 4 before it was rerouted to the right there. Given how much snow the Sierra Nevada got over the pass year- Ebbetts Pass I'm guessing it didn't stay open for long for 2023. & hearing about El Nino returning to the state, it may be closed for longer than normal. That said, I'm looking forward for your do-over of CA 4 in the Sierra Nevada & esp at Ebbetts Pass.

Yep, and this is one of many videos from the Sierra Nevada that will be released here in the coming months. I've been wanting to redo this series for a while. Had to film it in two different segments. The first was in May and Ebbetts Pass was closed at the time. Had to come back again in October to film the second segment.
