I recently viewed a video on a Pig Channel, where the Channel was making the Cop out to be a hero. ...Cop had pulled someone over, and inexplicably the driver took off at high speeds reaching 134 mph ...The Cop had already had the driver's information, driver had no warrants, and was about to get cited for very minor traffic infractions. ...But Piggy was offended that anyone would dare attempt to flee from him, so he ended up going after someone needlessly reaching 134 mph, thereby putting people's lives in jeopardy. ... I want to say they ALL arent like that but the experiences of the public for the last 70 years and the millions of videos in the last 15 years showing their actions. In the 1990's the cops would try to take your camera if they doing shady shit, but now they proudly do it or are ignorant of basic rights or laws and do it on their own camera and while being filmed by the public, they dont care, dont know better and NEED to be held accountable, they are OUR public servants, here to SERVE us, they have policies and rules and procedures they MUST follow to do their job, there are RIGHTS they must uphold and LAWS they must enforce, if any public servant cant do their job without violating the publics rights or breaking laws they MUST be fired, charged and sued. Sadly these videos highlight too many cops not knowing basic things that children know, show them lying, violating rights, ignoring rights, lying about them and think just because they SPEAK that makes it a lawful order lol, the police have ZERO power authority over anyone unless they are suspected of breaking a LAW. Its so angering seeing what the police has slowly turned into, the way they behave act act towards the public, the harassing, intimidating, lying, unlawful detentions, unlawful arrests, assault and murder they do all on film for the world to see. And so many cops dont care or understand they are the disconnect. They forgot they are to serve and protect and are public servants. Why is the obvious question not being answered? Namely, since both piggies were severely injured, one of them with a broken hip and presumably not able to move, who the hell was in the driver's seat when other units showed up? What is obvious is that this is an attempt to muddy the waters so that no matter who is charged the defense can establish reasonable doubt as to who was driving. 103 mph, no lights and no sirens. In direct violation of both department policy and state law. Personally, I don't give a damn who was driving. Both of them had a legal duty to obey the law. The driver to obey the law and the passenger to call him out on it for not obeying the law. They are both equally guilty and they should share the same prison cell.

When I was a kid my parents knew someone who was killed by an LA sheriff during a pursuit. This was in the mid 60's and I don't remember anything coming from it. As for me, with technology high speed pursuits should be a thing of the past. High speed pursuits do more harm than good.

The passenger cop claimed that he does investigations properly. This is most certainly a lie: As a passenger, he observes the driver as he violates traffic laws, violations such as failures to properly stop at Stop Signs, failure to use turn signals, failure to observe the posted speed limit, failure to maintain lane control and tailgating. Since American cops are habitual violators of traffic laws, the passenger clearly has ample opportunity to observe these violations and yet never takes any action.

Thanks to the video, I was unaware of this tragedy... If you and I were in the car they would file the case as conspiracy, or RICO and charge us both for manslaughter...or like in instances where they can't determine which of several shooters killed someone they charge all of them for creating a "zone of danger"... both officers had a duty to not create a dangerous situation and the non-driver should be held criminally responsible for allowing the driver to go that fast...
