San joaquin, I think you should go and do some more in-depth research on Pennsylvania versus mims, because it is not lawful to simply order someone out of the car for police safety. You must first have a suspicion of criminality that you can articulate,. Only then after that articulable suspicion has been reached, and the officer has factual basis to suspect that the individual is not only armed, because being armed is not illegal in america, but armed and dangerous while simultaneously being suspected of criminality. Now he can be lawfully ordered out of the car. Until then his Fourth amendment right to be secure in his person etcetera is not totally out of the window

Speaking of WalMart, I saw a cop parked in a red zone at WalMart not too long ago so I videoed the encounter with him coming out of WalMart with personal items. I confronted him about his illegal parking and he smugly told me to take it up with WalMart. I told him that he was a piece of sh*t and that he should go f himself. He just drove off quickly. I have never seen him park there again. Next time, I will get off of my lazy butt and file a complaint. I have no patience for our public servants acting as our if they are our masters.

Pennsylvania v Mimms says an officer needs a reasonable fear of his safety to ask anyone to exit their vehicle. The officer's comfort is not a valid reason.

Without probable cause or a reasonable suspicion. The Supreme Court. Has upheld that making a citizen get out of their car is not a violation of their fourth amendment rights.

I would step out, but locked the doors and would not allow to pat me down. To pat down they need to have articulable suspicion that I'm armed and dangerous.
