Thanks for sharing Russ. I was in Sacramento about 12 yrs ago and visited this museum and enjoyed it then. I must say it's grown tremendously and would be well worth the $10 they are charging to see it.

You know, being from Nyc, as a kid I was always fascinated by the subway trains, but big ole steam engine locomotives, were intimidating to me! This is a very very nice museum, and all those trains are awesome looking! Great job on this video Russ...and Cheers to you & "Spoiled" lol!

RUSS, I read that the Ca state rr museum is the finest rr museum in the US. Pretty impressive. Our Nevada freinds too have a state rr museum in Carson City. There is a way cool steam train ride aboard the Virginia City & Truckee train which runs from VC to the museum in CC. !

Did you get your train whistle? I love it there. It is a awesome place. If you like trains check out the train musem in Jamestown off the 49. it is a steam train musem.
