Just a friendly reminder if you have a Tesla there is a valet mode in which the valet will not be able to open the frunk or the trunk or glove box. They can do nothing but drive the Tesla but there is a twist they can't drive faster than the speed you set for them through your phone or the car. That is one of the Tesla features.

And if you fail to describe more than 25% of the above I will then need to contact the authorities for attempt of grand theft auto. Do you have any questions? And here's a tip for valet drivers. Every single customer should have their picture taken with a cell phone standing next to the license plates and kept in case someone loses their valet ticket. If their image is not on the list then they are for sure trying to steal the vehicle. At the end of the shift those pictures can be deleted. The next day, rinse and repeat. Problem solved.

I valeted my car at the Indy Airport, and when I returned a week later, I didn't do a walk around, unfortunately I had a nice little dent at the seam on the passenger side fender noticed the next morning. My fault, you learn from your mistakes. I gave a great tip to boot.

Friend, here is my advice: 1. Remove all documents that have your name, address and vehicle information, e.g. Registration, Insurance Card and carry with you. 2. Video walk around the car before parking. 3. Video odometer at valet stand, passengers can be a help here to do the videos. 4. If you don't have money to tip, tell them that you need to get money when leaving as you only carry credit cards. Tip them on exit after a walk around first. 5. Used vehicle's Valet key. Don't have one?...Remove all keys but the ignition key. Do this before going to any parking lot, repair shop, etc. 6. Snap a photo of trip milage, gas gage and odometer. Photo interior too. Lay a human hair over spots that are tempting...you'll be able to see if someone popped the glove box and console.

I work as a valet, and we take VERY good care of the cars, I cant speak for all companies....BUT tip will for sure guarantee you a good service, especially at a well known restaurant. ALWAYS ALWAYS tip your valet even if its $1 and ALWAYS ALWAYS have a smile, be nice to them and follow the rules they have. We dont get paid enough to depend on a check, even a 5 goes a long way. We take care of you even if you dont tip, but when your rude and dont tip from the start, dont expect to get your car parked close, or expect to get your car brought up quick. There are many valets that dont respect property so always look for reviews on the place your going to, if you dont want to tip then dont valet simple as that, you get what you give.

So easy to fit gear or gas pedal limiters - and give them keys which activate the limiters. I have a SUV with these fitted and no problems. In the wheel well I have a recorder that records a camera hidden in my rooftop light bar and visible front and rear facing cameras. . Since I have to record business and personal mileage, I always remember the last three milometer digits.

Here in KCMO valet at a casino gave away a Limited Edition Corvette ($70,000), offered the woman $10,000🤦 but she didn't take it and her insurance tried to do her bad too but yet again she refused. The car was seen all over but no one could ever catch til this year (a year and a half later🤦). Had high miles, old rims and hood was painted because it was very distinctive.
