Military retirement pay in California will be tax exempt for the first time for the tax years beginning on or after January 1, 2024,

2 CA benefits that you've missed. 1) 100% T&P (total and permanent) rated veterans are tax exempt on car registration fee and can get a DV license plate. 2) With a DV license plate, 100% T&P veterans can cross bridges and toll roads fee exempt.

Thanks for the video. I can’t find any information on how California is complying with the congressional law to allow veteran owned businesses access to government surplus. Could you do a video on that? I went to the VBA and they had no idea what I was talking about.
