California Wildfire Rages On, Over 130 structures destroyed
A wildfire in California continued to rage unabated on July 26 evening. Over 130 structures have been destroyed, and thousands more are at risk. The blaze has reached 480 square miles and is moving rapidly to the north and east. Authorities say the fire started after a man pushed a burning car into a gully in Chico and then fled the scene. More than 2,400 firefighters are working to contain the blaze.

I believe that the Paradise fire is in 1st place, because it destroyed the majority of the town and a lot of people as well as animals lost their lives. That fire was a real big fire and I think it lasted awhile until they got it under control, but it destroyed a lot of homes and businesses.

Three years before the Jasper fire people were asking the federal government to do something about the dead trees from the beetle infestation. They did nothing and now Jasper has been destroyed. Most of the fires last year in Canada were blamed on climate change they were caused by arson. It’s the same in California. This fire was started by a man burning his car. Previous fires were started by poorly maintained power lines. The forests are not managed. The power company is supposed to be burying the power lines but that’s a lie in many areas. By blaming everything in climate change you give the power companies and the government agencies a pass for not doing their jobs.

Why governor is not prepared for ti's menace of fire, he has no advance thinking that every summer there is a possibility of fire in california, he should prepare to fight the fire yearly every summer, almost firefighters must be alerted and all possible to fight the fire must be ready immediately for disposals like tanks of multitude of water airplanes to drop all materials to stop the fires in designated areas of responsibility.
