We need to take care of the prior disasters first. Ohio, Hawaii, Helene victims, etc. Get in line because if you are living in these upscale neighborhoods, chances are you have plenty of money or other homes to go to for help. People in these other disaster areas have nothing. I'm not saying CA isn't important, you just aren't any better than anyone else is. Also, get your politics straight and get something done about your problems with land management and fire prevention measures. You live in a desert climate where it is dry, and fire is a huge risk so water supply and prevention measures should be paramount.
