Do you have any concerns with the fake nuts falling off over time? Is there anything we can do to reinforce the fake nuts from falling off long term?

Fake nuts will not come off because they are not nuts at all. What I am more fearful of are the real nuts and bolts that clamp the covers on might come off. You can use locktite to help keep them secure. I probably should have done that but I don't feel like doing all over again.
