That’s what’s wrong with our community: instead of going out and giving props to both competitors, people will do whatever they can to try and break them down. It takes a lot to go out and compete, let alone the preparation needed to compete at a high level. Shout out to Shredda, and shout to out to my damn self for stepping up and doing this rematch. Not a lot of people would even compete at all, let alone against Shredda. Y’all gotta start showing love, instead of talking shit, tearing your people down instead of building your people up. For those of you who are showing love and being positive, I salute you. Big ups to Shredda, myself, the judges: Rebel and Maketricks, and of course to George, ThatsGoodMoney. Without them, some of these battles wouldn't exist, so props to everyone involved. For the rest, I hope you find some type of peace within yourselves. #respect

BACK AT IT AGAIN! Props to both these brothers once again for testing their abilities against each one another. I agree with Erics comment, it's for the love of the sport and competing against one another shouldn't be viewed as a "rivalry". But in the same breathe if the standard put by the judges aren't up to par it should be taken into consideration whether we agree with it or not. These battles should be for motivation and inspiring those around the world to see what is possible as well as helping them understand what standards we should look to achieve when competing. Anyone who has competed knows how challenging it can be not only on the body but also the mind! That's Good Money!

My man's on the right doing them crossfit dips. Shredda has more of a traditional mind to muscle connection and you can see it in his physique... Only thing is, it makes him a tad bit slower, and probably takes a little longer to recover. Dude was using his whole body leaning forward to crush the crossfit dips.

A 5"5 guy who weighs in the 150"s Vs a 5"10 guy who weighs in the 170 range will always struggle to beat the guy with shorter frame. Smaller stocky build guys dominate strength sports because the range of motion is much smaller and its easier to get away with kipping, and cheat reps because it's not as easy to notice. Shreds should be battling guys already over 5"8 but at the end of the day it is going to make you both stronger. On top of having the heavier muscle in bodyweight battles is always a disadvantage the heavier u get the quicker u will fatigue in a completion style battle unless it's weighted then it's different . Condo's to them both its not ideal to do alot of burnouts as well rest so u conserve energy
@elwellgreen5046 жыл бұрын
yeah iagree.im not takeing away from eric win,but i think shredda muscle mass and size was a disadvantage on him.but salute to both for putting in that work tho.they both a beast.

Yeah they are beast plus eric powerlifts thats very taxing on the central nervous system so to see him out here putting in those type of endurance numbers in is very impressive indeed. He and shreddy are supreme athletes they also have to totally different styles. Shredda seems to be a more high volume time under tension bodybuilding style athlete. We eriic seems more like an explosive athlete that focuses more on power and overall strength. It's like Hannibal his focus is strictly time under tension and physique development not high reps or explosive strength your training style will effect how u compete but the dope thing about competing is how limits are pushed for both athletes. Can't wait to get in the mix and I get to a suitable weight for my height. Salute

the thing with this kind of competition is, y'all gotta make it clear for each athlete and for the viewers THE RULES in regards to form. they werent doing the same kind of dips, eric dips werent awefull like some are saying, but his waist wasnt going down (AND I RESPECT THE SHIT OUT OF ERIC SO DONT SAY IM HATING CAUSE IM NOT) its like competitions where people do deadlifts, but one competitor uses sumo and the other conventional. salute to y'all anyway for the motivation these are two ATHLETES! salute y'all
