Straight up though, peoples sleeping on Shredda's knowledge Good Money! Ya boy is very intelligent about the body and how muscles work with and against eachother. Much respect!!! Since finding yall, I have started incorporating alot of his variations into my calisthenic movements. Yes I still go to the gym because I love bodybuilding, BUT, calisthenics are the foundation and I still use calisthenics often. My back was built with pullups first before ever touching weights. Same with my arms and chest. I have always done dips and pushups to compliment the weights.

I got bar wrk from my pops and uncles they were huge off bars every holiday family gathering etc they wud do 1$ per pushup pullup squat and jumprope never seen them really hit weights and that's wat I wrkout off of I no 1st hand bar wrk will get u huge key is how u eat determine fast results strenght and growth and this is definitely gd $

Q&A for Mr.Shredda: "Suppose I was training regular pullups for 12 reps for 5 sets. And let's say I crank out the first and second set perfectly fine but then, on the third set, I start struggling on the 6th rep meaning I can't finish that rep and I reach failure because I'm already out of breath. Should I stop 1 rep short of failure? (knowing I'm not going to be able to do the next rep?) or should I reach failure on that 6th rep, take some rest and crank out few reps at a time until I finish that set? The reason I ask is because I feel like reaching complete failure on each set makes me light headed, heavy breathing compared, complete exhaustion as compared to stopping one rep short of failure. What's your opinion on this? Define your definition of reaching failure and is reps to failure necessary for muscle growth? Thank you in advance"
