I BUILT MY OWN GYM! HOME WORKOUT MADE EASY 💪🏻
💪🏻 SUBSCRIBE TO MY CHANNEL HERE!! / trvisuals 👊🏻
I'm not a barstarzz guy but I do love BODY WEIGHT TRAINING, I think its more functional, fun and challenging. However I do still do old school weights and always will, but for now my personal goal is bar muscle ups and the human flag....... I'm not going to mention the P word!
Super excited to be doing calisthenics again, and to have this gym set in my front yard is so handy. I've got heaps of work to do to get where want to be, but no matter where you are at, as long as you improve from where YOU were yesterday, then its all good!
I always wanted a home calisthenics gym so I searched KZbin and found this awesome video • How to make a Barstarz... - awesome cheers bro! bodyweight training

Great video. Very 'relatable' to see a regular guy build something like this and struggle on it like I would. Always impressive to see young guys doing damned near impossible feats of strength, but at the same time, the little voice in my head says "yeah, right". At least when I watch this video I can think more like "If he can do it, I can do it!". Good job and good luck.

@swilhelm3180
@swilhelm3180 2 жыл бұрын
You need more bracing. Its moving significantly doing your muscleup. Look on the left side using your house as a reference. Also consider dips using a squat rack type configuration where you use two barbell bars at whatever height you want and whatever width you want. Another idea is to have 2 adjustable height hand platforms so doing dips with flat hands feels very, very good and allows for a huge variety of hand positions, each hitting a little different muscle group. Or use that platform for a dumbbell for a different grip for your dips. This way you can change the angle hugely.

On a freestanding pull up bar do you think the foam would be strong enough so I can run, jump and swing from the bar. I'm thinking of an 8 foot height and 3 feet underground. I might fill the holes around the pole with rocks and then pouring the foam in for better support. What do you think? thanks
