In this video, Me and Andry Strong will try to learn breakdance from the master Simon Ata. We will see if calisthenics has any carryover to breakdancing, but we will mostly be falling and looking clumsy.
Check out the video of the 3 of us testing our max weighted handstand push-up:
• Who is the Strongest? ...

I saw Simon on KZbin in 2017. But there was almost no information about him in Russia and it was not easy to find. But still, a video about him was released recently. Simon said that he had been doing break dancing for a long time. During this period, his parents sent him to gymnastics. But he only worked on it for a year. He didn't like her. And he went back to break dancing. However, over time, this began to have a negative effect on the joints. And Simon became interested in kalinesthetics. Well, or as they say with a workout.

I started breakdancing in the early 80's. The Windmill looks impressive and difficult, but in reality is super easy and requires very little strength to do. The secret to the windmill is this. Keep your legs as wide apart in the splits position as possible. That's it ! . The wider you can keep your legs apart the easier the windmill is to do. When you first start just fully concentrate on keeping your legs as wide as possible. Repeat in your head as you do it "keep my legs wide apart, "keep my legs wide apart". And after 10 minutes you should have completed 1 or 2 windmills and then you'll be away laughing. I personally always launched into the Windmill from a kneeling position where one leg was crossed in front of the other, just a personal preference. Give it a go, thank me later.

The blonde dood was actually pretty good. . jus needed to clean up his handhop form. Both of them seemed very good at stacking freezes due to their claisthenic and yoga skills. So he should have had them work on Halo freeze, to headstand, to handstand, back to elbow, to baby freeze , etc. It would take most people 1 year, but they can learn it in 1 hour.
