Just amazing! One of the craziest one arm progress i´ve seen, may I ask now that you mastered the bosu is it still harder to hold than on the floor? Or do you find it easier now? if not im genuinly curious, how long can you hold it on floor?
@adammorsel Жыл бұрын
Thank you very much 🙏🏻 At first, it was much harder of course. I was on around 20 seconds on the floor before I started learning it on the bosu. By the time I became very used to it, I kinda lost my ability to do it consistently on the floor. I would say I was on 30-40s on the bosu with about 5-10s on the floor lol. So it's definitely easier on the bosu now for me because of how much I have adapted. I'm back to about 20+s on the floor again. I am now working on mastering all of the variations you see me perform on the bosu but on the floor.

@@adammorsel make sense! I notices something similar when trying two arm straight bar handstand on like a rocking device and felt like it became even easier than a regular straight bar with practice so I wondered if it was kind of similar to this. Great job bro! I’m working on my paralette oahs but im not even near as strong as you, let’s see how far I can get it.

hey Adam, absolutely insaneee! What would you say the requirements are to learn the one arm handstand and maybe you hav3 some tips on how to do it?
@adammorsel2 ай бұрын
Much appreciated, I'd say you need a solid 30s straddle handstand with perfect form to start. Then the main steps are essentially understanding the weight shifting and fingertip assisted holds. I've made an in-depth guide for this already that you can find on my advanced tutorial playlist

I used to do handstand when I was younger, was training for it recently but my wrists were wrecked immediately 😅
@adammorsel10 ай бұрын
It's very demanding on the wrists, and I got injured for a while by not stretching prior training. Always ensure you perform a proper warmup first.

Is it necessary to be good on straddle one arm handstand first?

It is not, but it's the easiest variation to learn which will make everything else easier to learn when you already know how to balance

@HandbalancersNotes6 ай бұрын
50+ seconds it’s a world record? 🤨 Actually it’s not bad 🔥
@adammorsel6 ай бұрын
For the bosu ball specifically, it had no current record, so I had to beat 45s to set it officially. My current record is 1m 9s Some people can hold handstands in general for a long time, but that's not without alternating each hand. Staying on one hand the whole time is much more difficult.
