Also, what changes and why it is tougher to do ring training. A sort of calisthenics ring training versus straight bar training.

Please hear me out! Training with gymnastic rings is very effective for developing muscles, but it's true that because of the increased difficulty, time under tension, and stabilization, it requires more strength and endurance. You need a lot more time to master the most fundamental ring moves.
