I just found your channel and I’ve been watching every video. I’ve been washing for 2 years and doing well. But you sir have made me realize how much more I could be achieving. You are so positive and efficient. Fitting in many jobs in a day and squeezing in more between. True hustler at heart. I thought I hustled. And I do. But now I am intrigued by you and can see many ways to improve myself. Thank you!!!

I've found in the soffits that you have to keep rinsing until there is no dirt coming out of them. I experienced this on a dirty house also and just kept rinsing it with a Davis tip until there was nothing left. This could've been your problem.
@jaredzeno Жыл бұрын
had this today Joe, had to let it dry then mist with garden hose before we left. No matter how much rinsing we did dirt kept draining out

Also, key upsell, upfront, is oxidation removal. You'll never mist away those stains on oxidation AND those stains will always appear on that oxidized side. It also stinks because you can't wipe it away as it'll look worse.

Yeah. It’ll never stop

That is why all my reels are set up to only be used as storage. Pull off what I need connect to the connection on side of truck then I never have to worry about reels doing that, plus, never have any chemicals going through them. Safer and last a lot longer also.
@powerfulimprovements Жыл бұрын
You’re doing that with your roof wash pump? I do with my pressure washer
@crazydm7th Жыл бұрын
@@powerfulimprovements Yes all my hose reels are for storage only, roof pump, power washer, and water source hose reels, I have a dedicated hook up on the truck, for each reel, with a cap on each, that way after rinse out, I just cap them all and reel up the hoses on the reels and take off, don't have to worry about leaking with the caps, then I have a 4ft jump hose I can hook up to my softwash hookup, my pressure hookup to take the stress off the main hose, due to the sharp bend to the ground. easier and cheaper to replace a 4ft section then a 100ft
@crazydm7th Жыл бұрын
oh, and I use banjo cam lock fittings for water source and softwash/roof hose, with cam locks on both ends of softwash hose so I can switch between red gun, orange gun or the normal sutner softwash gun for the jrod, just depends on what I am cleaning, then I choose proper gun for the job. I also run a all flo air pump, so I can go from the red or orange gun all the way down to a pump up sprayer tip, then back up to red/orange gun, with just a twist of the valve and swap out guns, AR 45 is set up the same way, I have a dedicated reel for it also set up the same way, but I usually stick with my 5/8 hose more then the 1/2 hose

I was told u need to use like 5 to 6 percent to wash roofs and thats why u use a 12volt unless ur setup allows a stronger mix.cause if u use pressure washer a chem it only goes 2to3 percent right?let me know
@imzaq7 Жыл бұрын
I think the streaks you are getting is the dirt that is behind the siding. When you rinse the house down, some of the dirt creates the streaks. The best way is to maybe use a pump up sprayer with the mix, and lighly mist the siding. After misting it, don't use a heavy rinse. Misting by itself should clean it up, especially if you washed the house 1 or 2 days before it, so there would be no need to rinse. It has happened to me a few times as well. I would assume using a 12 volt for it may be too much. Next time try the pump up sprayer and see how that works for you!

I literally am beginning to hate my brand new AR45 just because of the noise level. We've got about 6K wrapped up into the whole package deal it works amazing, 10/11 gallons a minute using Texas pressure washing mixing system remote control. We use walkie talkies to communicate and you still can't even hear each other through the walkie talkie when you're standing at the trailer, the Fresh Rinse replica trailer I might add. I'm liking that X6 Joe keep using it we'll see how the season goes...it's so quiet.

To the best of my knowledge, the Lafferty tip won’t work if using 12 V it has to be a gas air pump. .

If we had to go back to jobs that had weep hole stains we’d have to go back to every single one lmao. We never go back. We explain what it is and since we can’t sit there and watch the house dry they can happen at any time, we tell them of course rain will remove them but if it bothers them enough that they don’t want to wait on the rain to just simply rinse with their garden hose. Very simple.

I always worry about oxidation even though I've got it in my terms to cover my ass... "Client understands that any existing oxidation, flaws, or blemishes will be more visible after cleaning. The effects of oxidation can be noticeable only after cleaning, as it can be covered with dirt and debris. This should not be pointed out as Company’s fault after cleaning"
