As I want to be part of alorica but there was no response for initial interview. May I know what are the process for the applications thru phone/online interview? After they ask me about my prev. job and he's said that they will call me that day and wait for the call and just keep your lines open. then they didn't not call me again. I'm so disappointed.

Hi, Vin. I can sense your eagerness to be part of Alorica family and it's a good thing that you were able to pass your initial interview as well. 💕 On the other hand, for the reasons why they wasn't able to return a call supposedly for that day, most likely that's because they have a lot of applicants to cater everyday. But if they set your expectations that they'll call you, I guess for the meantime let's just try to wait a little bit more. I know your disappointed since it's something that has been promised to you, if you want you can give them chance to get in touch with you in the coming days but you always have the option to look for other opportunities too.

Training pay is the same with the offer that you’ve signed in the contract. Range is 17500- 21500 as of now, not sure thou. Salary varies depending on the account that will be assigned to you dear...
