In my callcenter my colleagues always ended up yelling at the clients, "we're going to go to the police" "we're going to sue them if they don't pay their debt" or they ended up insulting them, people never pay, that's a lie, no matter how much you threaten them, That's why I left that callcenter, the worst thing is that they measure my performance according to the money I raise that day and I can't force someone to pay more than give them alternatives such as discounts or payment plans, they always blocked me or they alway ended up insulting me. and the worst thing is that you are always pressured by your group leaders, working in a call center like that was the worst experience I ever had
