100% true. I've worked for almost 2 years in call centre industry, i started as a CSR and ended as a team leader and operated on various campaigns that includes DirecTV, solar, Final Expense. Lekin baat ye ha k kabhi bhi Dil ko Sukoon nahi mila tha . Andr se Dil kehta tha k ye haram ha lekn dimagh nahi manta tha. Paisa honay k bawajood bi Barkat nahi thi. And tbh paisa jis chez py lagaya ha humesha waste he hua ha. So I concerned muftis regarding this job and they said it's haram. So I left that field. AlHamduLillah. To all those who're saying that it's not haram. Baat sirf itni si ha jis kaam ka start he jhoot se ho wo kesy halal hoskta ha? For example when you start the call you fake your name. Lol. Allah sab ko haram se bachaye.

Yep I worked for one for 2 weeks, they lied to me in the interview about their business. i have a native level accent since I lived abroad for a few years. I was skeptical from day 1 lol. I had some Knowledge about business law, ethics and their business model didn’t make sense, I got access to the info being collected from elderly people, very nice and humble old people. I questioned my manager and he says “ you aren’t allowed to ask questions do your job or quit” bro I walked out even though They had to pay me for training But dil ni manta yar Muslim ho insan ho pasiy ki lalach main haram kahana khilana Its the lowest thing you could ever do

Same. This also happened to me because I also lived aboard almost my whole life. They took advantage of me and led me to scam many people without realising. I was a Medicare fronter and thought I was helping people update their Insurance. But I found out later that it was a scam. I feel so horrible til this day. It’s been 2 years now but I can’t bear the feeling that I have scammed people.

Please make a video of Pakistan market. According to sources, the person I know is doing a work on this business structure and the other person who does different job (online) but do know the work structure of how they operate call centers here under the banner of Software house and they deal with international clients selling them websites, softwares etc in websites they tell clients that the website will cost around 100-250 foreign currency, and once the website is live the web plug-in goes missing or anything which makes website slow or no operative then they ask clients to pay them above 500-600 or more in foreign currency to make the website work again! Note: They use foreign telephone numbers and a pseudo names with fake accent to capture the international clients!

A vast majority of them are though Back when I was starting out I gave interviews and did training in almost 20-25 of them Got hands on their business details, scripts, logs and personal data thats collected and held or brought in excel files in bulk. If you use critical thinking their business model makes zero sense just underhanded ways to scam people. Except some where you are providing realtime services like yellow cab, clients whose work is done in house like programing, wrodpress etc. even in those your boss makes 3-4 times your income from your service you’re paid a tiny portion

It’s not scamming people out of money but targeted advertising type thing You’re basically lying about the ballot paper and the people that cut then deals do so under the table or undersell n exploit them I worked at a similar one I got my hands on all the scripts from openers, closers to managers its dirty money and they barely pay you 5-10% of what they make from the deals lol
