This reminds me of an incident when I met a random stranger at a café. Some of my friends were discussing their legitimate web development business and their clients in the States. The stranger overheard and offered us part of his office space, mentioning he was also interested in investing. We asked what he did at his office, and he bluntly replied, "Scam Call Center." We were stunned and thought we might have misheard him. When we asked again, he confirmed, "I run a scam call center." Shocked by his honesty, my friend hesitantly asked, "yeh ghalat ni hota?" He replied, "nahi tou, yeh tou hamara kaafiro k khilaf jihad he. Agar call pe koi musalman aa jaye tou ham uske sath ni kertay." We tried to explain to him how wrong this was on so many levels, but he justified it by saying their victims' financial institutions refund them for fraudulent transactions, so they weren't doing anything wrong. This encounter really highlighted the moral state of some people. May Allah guide us all.

I am shocked to know about it..some of my relatives who were simple low middle class have risen to much higher status through call center business. Surprisingly there is no counter from USA or EU countries to curb this fraud business...to protect their citizens ...this is a booming fraud business in India,Pakistan,Bangladesh and other far east countries. I live in Karachi Pakistan. Few weeks ago a guy used a fake ID on my friend's name and his picture, he call me on Facebook messenger and said give me your Bank account number I transfer you EUROS because to pay someone who live in Punjab. I was surprised that why he transfer me first and I pay to another guy. I understood that something wrong cooking. So I excuse to him then I contacted to my friend he said that someone hack his ID and used it for scam.

Very good information and warning, thanks alot to you for making people aware of this and saving them from possible scam. But very humbly i would like to point out that you should also have mentioned that not all people or not all business/call center owners in Pakistan are involved in this kind of theft/scam. Alot of them are doing legit work and sometimes they also need support/partnership from someone in US/CA/AUS or whatever region they are operating in. Ofcourse, it is worth mentioning that you should never trust random people and start doing business with them without proper verification of their operations and their legitimacy. I'm only mentioning this because 80k+ people have watched your video and 90% of them will get the notion that all call centers in IND, PAK or BAN do scams as you have presented the video from that angle. This scam is commonly know as Billing Campaigns. Here's how it works. There are different providers who run ads on google pretending to be an energy or mobile service company. and advertise there phone numbers and whenever a person search for their energy company their(scammer) number shows up. mostly elderly people fall for it. They call the numbers and share their issues. issues could be anything from bill payment to outage complain. If a customer is willing to pay their bill, agent will tell the customer that we have some promotion going on and you can get a discount on your bill. and the discount is only valid if you pay your bill right now via a card. Customers happily comply and share their details. Agents charge their cards and tell them that your bill has been paid. they even provide a fake verification number. In case someone calls for an outage, issues, disconnection, new service. agents will tell them that you have to pay this much to get this service. In reality these complains doesn't require any money. At the end of the, when they are done taking calls and charging people's cards. Now they start working on the actual complains. Let's say they charge someone for a bill payment. Now they will call the ACTUAL energy company pretending to be the ACTUAL customer using their social security numbers and energy account numbers. and they Actually pay their bill using CHECKING accounts. Obviously they get these checking accounts from illegitimate sources and scammers. The whole process is a combination of credit card Fraud, identity theft, and banking fraud.

Ussmay hum braces and cgm device for blood sugar provide krtay hai unka medicare health insurance lenay k bt agr wo medicare part b sai enrolled hota hai to hi hum ye service provide krtay hai aur agr incase ussay apna medicare nhi milta to hum unka social security letay hai koi bank account wagera nhi mangtay hum unsay yahan tk mjhe theek lagta hai .. lekin mjhe ye theek nhi lagta k hum apna name aur america ki mashoor pharmacy stores hai unka name use krtay hai jo k mjhe theek nhi lagta jhoot boltay hai hum .. lekin mene in 20 days me wahan k logo sai poocha k ye koi fraud to nhi jo waha kam krtay hai unho nay kaha k nhi ye log service provide krtay hai.. to ap btaain k ye bhi fraud hai ya nhi ?

Jo ap nay bataya us say lagta hay k kam original hay lakin tareka thora gair munasid hay kisi aur pharmacy ka naam laikar. Social security app laitay hain , kis purpose k liyay laitay hain. There are many details relevant to it but yes. Please stay aware of the business and avoid any inconvenience from the officials if expected.

Never Give Your Financial Information to Anyone to Do Business on your name unless the person is close one and your trust well. Scam call centers are less in number but have destroyed the overall image. There are legit businesses running from Pak in US and most of them are extremely successful and many new startups are even coming most of them are those who work with close relatives or trusted Who knows how to safeguard entity in US.

I get calls almost every 2 werks from Pakistan that we are calling from bell Canada and we are giving you 30% or 40% off your bills. Then they want my email. So I called bell and ask them about it. They said this is just a fraud. Jub hakim chor hai or sub chore hain. Jun hakim bekari hai to sub bekari hain. Agar Hakim izat wala hai to sub izar wale hain. Yeh such hai. 100% na Sahi laikin majority to hote hain.

Yes this true i have been receiving calls, insurance scam they have all our information even our health insurance. Since business are outing source to companies all over the world. Like Credit companies, billing companies, utility companies, call goes overseas and they are asking your personal infromation to verify records which we never provide in US.
