It's a sh1t show, it's rampant with cheaters, even in Mutliplayer. Snipers aiming and shooting quicker than with a AR or SMG - it's f king blatant. You can't play Resurgence anymore because of exactly the same reason ! They are pulling the wool over everyone's eyes because they don't have any answers and the only way they are detecting is through manual reports. Non understanding people , that dont report, don't realise what's happening and think "I've just gotta get good" , when the real reason is is that they're cheating ! #Activision need to take stock of this very real situation before they loose thousands of more players !

Its not a anticheat. Day one of its integration to warzone 1 my snipers stopped one tap, my smgs starting to miss hitmarkers, my aim assist was turned on and off all the time, my throwing knives had missing hitmarkers, crossbow fury bolts started giving hitmarkers, and Even ballistic Knife stuck in enemy head could give hitmarker instead of kill. Its the algorithm controlling ingame nerfs. If it was a anticheat it would work, but there has been no money in keeping cheaters out. As long as cheater bring in more money than they scare away they will be in the game. If it was a anticheat it would prevent game from beeing opened when files Are altered and suspisious programs was running. Kinda feel like Delta force devs kinda have the right idea. Anticheat that blocks any and all possible programs used for cheating. Needs a non stream proof message that pops up stating which programs must be removed and which ones are blocked before the said game can fully launch. All the game companies need to pull their resources and invest in 1, END ALL, Anticheat that works across all titles that must be downloaded in order to play any game on pc. A Kernel level that Blocks any and all non uninstallable programs and requires to uninstall those that you can. It's whats needed.

At this stage I am starting to think ricochet aunti cheat is a fallacy if the aunti cheat was any good Activision wouldn't need the player base to report, a half decent aunti cheat wouldn't let them into the game, we as the player base are being strung along like someone being told their partner is going to change and weeks turn into years and everything is exactly the same,The fact 99.9 percent of the player base is now talking about the problem is the only reason Activision has released this statement,basically saying it hasn't hit the spot in season one is a joke and an insult to our intelligence. When most players have put up with this shite since vanguard only difference is now streamers are calling it out.The truth is this game has been haemorrhaging players for a long time and at what point do we say your NOT going to change its now time to walk.

the problem lies in the fact you can create a new account using any free sms service online for a free steam phone verified number.....the anti cheat actually works very well. The issue is as soon as you get banned you can create a new steam account within seconds and be back online.

Ricoshit is garbage. The cheating problem is as bad now as it was before. I've been killed and then spectated players blatantly walling almost every game. No wonder why so many people have stopped playing this game. It's like Activision doesn't care that their game is dying. They allow the cheaters to run rampant, but if you say bad words, you're banned rather quickly. Can't have people get their fifis hurt, but cheaters ruining peoples games on a regular basis, well that's fine. Here's a good start to fixing this issue, START HARDWARE BANNING! Other games do it, so why doesn't Activision?

Well they apologized. Lol. In my opinion it feels like ricochet is only there to help collect the players data. They do it so the actual game company can say they don't. Feels like they share that data with the company. Then the company would be free to use said data in whatever targeted way they choose. I have a feeling they make to much money off if it for it not to stop.

Here's on issue. They need to take the game off free to play. So, the anti-cheat bans or kicks a player. The player in turn just makes a new account and continues to cheat. They have no repercussions. It's just an endless cycle. Pay for the game and now if they cheat, they have to buy a new game and back in my day they had to change their IP address, buy another copy and reformat their HDD. The way the hacker got around this was just a bit of work. They could make a script to change their IP, Hack a new game code and re-clone their hard drive. Just an hour or so resetting everything for free. People that bought the game and got caught and didn't know about drive cloning had a lot of work ahead of them and still couldn't play on the server they got caught hacking on. Player ran dedicated servers was so much better in every way. And it was only 10 to 15 bucks a month to have your own server. And it was only 3 bucks a month to run a TeamSpeak server.

Good i hope the cheaters keep destroying the game. It's a 💩 game and it needs to fall before it can be rebuilt better and without their manipulation and HORRID servers, but they won't update their servers because then they'd be too fast and the sbmm wouldn't be able to work. Sbmm needs these slow servers cause if they're too fast the sbmm won't have time to interfere. Its either the sbmm or the eomm or both not 100% sure which one but that nonsense needs to go.

It’s basically unplayable. I hopped back on WZ to see how S1 was feeling & it’s hard to get through an entire match without running into a rage-cheater (or multiple) It’d be different if the kill cam was just “sus” in which case they could be closet-cheating but why speculate I’ll never know 🤷‍♂️ So I chalk it up to that player likely outplaying me, happy to hand the W over to legit gamers who put the hours in & hone their skills It’s another thing when the kill cam is blatant troll rage cheating, snapping onto my head through walls, silent-aim, spin-botting etc & a few of these happened just yesterday afternoon, in the final circle, in back to back games 😅 which immediately killed the vibes & I hopped off cause why even play 💔 anyways this wasn’t meant to be a novel but yeah the game is in rough shape until they implement a capable anti-cheat rip 🪦
