So the bots are good now? Black ops 3 bots was a disaster, only decent way to play was FFA...Since there's no campaign in BO4 I was hoping they would significantly improve the bots..Advance warfare had great bots.

You´re right BO3 bots were atrocious, the dumbest bots in any COD game. Infinite Warfare bots were more clever but they they simply ran into the middle of the map when they spawned at the outskirts of the map, which ended always in a big clusterfuck in the middle of the map. BO4 bots look about the same as BO3 bots, I think they more or less copied them from BO3 and cut out the ability to wallrun and to highjump. I meanwhile play only bots in every COD game and after the BO3 bot-desaster I wanted to wait with my purchase after I watched enough videos to make sure that the bots are better. From the lots of videos I watched I can tell you that the bots are shit. WW2 bots were very good, even BO2 bots were a lot better compared to BO3/BO4 bots. I am disappointed.

Another argument for more or less copying from BO3 is, that bots are not available on the new heist mode. They even were too lazy to implement and code them for this new mode. It´s unbelievable! When I heard of the fact that there is no campagne in the game I was hoping that they would implrove the bots because of free resources but I was wrong...

Sorry to say but the bots are dumb as shit. They even don´t turn around when you shoot at them, they don´t seem very clever.

Henrik Siebel I agree to an extent. They aren’t as clever as they should be, which is sad considering Treyarch introduced AI bots into the series first. Not sure what happened with their AI coding but at least these bots aren’t completely dumb AF like Black Ops 3’s were. I also addressed some of the issues in the description. Hopefully Treyarch updates them, but I’m not getting my hopes up. They never updates the bots in Black Ops 3.

Unfortunately I have to say that Treyarch will not update their bots cause I waited for that on BO3 and they never did it. As I mentioned in another reply (see below) I don´t own the game because after the BO3 bot-desaster I wanted to make sure that the bots are improved and good now but from the many videos I watched I saw otherwise. I only play COD bots and zombis so the bots are the main criterion to buy or not to buy. I loved the bots in WW2, MW2 remastered, Ghosts and Advanced Warfare, even BO2 bots were good enough to enjoy. Treyarch is so lazy, even if they had implemented the bots of BO2 I would have bought the game.
