I was actually overthinking about those hints. As I can read cyrilics I was actually trying to figure out some hidden meaning behind those steps written by UV pen especially when there was also written Соль (Sol´) on piano meaning salt so I was thinking that there is some cryptographic salt, but it was actually just a step by step sequence for the piano keys and some confusion on piano keyboard.

UPDATE: they didn’t show whole puzzle to the boiler for the door so it goes boiler twice furnace once pilot light then back to boiler 2 more times and the door should open should be another ringing sound that was different from the first hope this helps :)
