Using this scorestreak inside a tight open space like the little staircase in hijacked can cause your character to hold onto the remote control permanently, then once you die, you are permanently stuck on spectating your killer’s death can essentially soft locking the game. Even if you refresh and rejoin, this bug still persists until either the game ends, or you just quit the match.
