For anyone else struggling with the F2 command not properly responding, DO NOT enter the last three digits of the ip address. I mistakenly did that and wasted a couple hours troubleshooting. Then I removed the digits and it worked perfect. Also, double check that windows defender didn't quarantine any files, and try running the program as administrator if it still won't cooperate. Because of what windows defender had done, when trying to start the game, I kept getting an error telling me a file was missing. If you are on windows 11 make sure to change your settings so Windows Console Host is used instead of the standard Terminal.

When I press f2 It cancels the match help. Do i need up on split screen not lan?

@@t-roy9148Sorry, but I'm not really qualified to help. I just bought WaW for pc yesterday. What do you mean it cancels the match? Does it kick you from the lobby screen or something? I have no clue what would cause that. Is it possible you accidently mapped the back button to F2? Honestly, I think the reason why there isn't much advice for this sort of thing online is because a million different things could go wrong in the process of setting it up.

I fixed it, and I deleted some of the custom zombies maps. Now, I can't start both instances by hitting f2, but it's mildly frustrating. I am sooo close 😅

doesnt work for me, the handler in the description is different and when i download the handler through nucleus the waw files dont show up as exe so the game cant get added unless i do it automatically while downloading the handler but then it just crashes when i try to run it

I have a problem with the game not opening in nucleus the latest version, when i start the game to launch with twoplayers the (plutonium r3553) cmd loading files and closed and the instances can't start But the first time I used this handler it worked very well and then it did not work a second time I tried turning off the antivirus, deleting the handler, and uninstalling it again, but it did not work. I want any help.

I'm trying to understand as to why when I launch mine everything is fine until the second screen launches then it overlaps the first screen instead of going to the other side.

it can overlap, but after enough seconds have passed it should reposition correctly.

Managed to get it working somehow, but I'm not able to move the camera on the first player (mice and keyboard) And if I press END again (to unlock inputs) both players start spinning, it was funny at first but now it's annoying

you're aware that you need to use a mouse at the beginning as controllers only work in game and not in the menu screen

first of all thanks for all this work. the first instance of the game loads fine until it says it's ready, but the second instance gets stuck on the loading screen and eventually says plutonium bootstrapper is not responding. I have disabled my antivirus (so no files have been deleted) and I'm on win10. any ideas?

almost sounds like a network issue. have you got hamachi installed or any other program that could be interfering with the connection? you should also ensure that you have allowed all the bootstrappers in windows firewall (the number of bootstrappers will match the number of instances you're trying to launch)

no hamachi or similar installed, and bootstrapper is enabled through firewall. i'll keep testing , if I figure something out I'll come back here, thanks. I don't think it makes any difference but I'm having this problem while launching the instances on two separate monitors

which windows version are you using? I just upgraded to windows 11 and i'm noticing the same problem so working on a fix. you shouldn't experience any issues on windows 10

found a fix in case you're on Windows 11. Go to Settings - Privacy and Security - For Developers. Then under Terminal select Windows Console Host. Regrettably, Windows Terminal breaks the hotkeys.

I was using the nucleus for 2 player split screen and works perfect..then i installed another nucleus on another folder plus the new handler for the for the 4 player splitscreen and it wont work because of the denied acess of the plutonim file...dont know why

I got it to work...it opens 3 player windows but i cant move the cursor at all... only if i control+shift+tab but it crashes also the game when i do it...

I paste in folder the game the archive of platinium t4sp.exe and change the name for CoDWaW.exe because when i added the handlers the archive CoDWaW.exe no find in the folder the game of platinium. Maybe that's why it doesn't work.
