You can. I heard they have calling cards too. I was told by a friend who channels that my main spirit guides name is sky blue but his calling card is a picture of the bright blue sky. So if you ask and get an image in your mind, maybe that's their calling card? Love and light friend ❤️

I would love some advice on this. I’ve been looking and calling for a long time. Meditation daily for over a year. Astral and lucid dreaming. I know I have spirit guides but I have yet to see them or feel them at all. I’ve done months of guided meditations for spirit guides. Yours and a few others. Is it possible to not have spirit guides? Or they just haven’t shown themselves for a reason that I’m not aware of. It’s just strange. I do have aphantasia this past year. I only see black even when I’m in deep meditation. However last year and prior, I could see images but only in deep meditation. Not sure why that has gone away maybe I’m desensitized to it. Anyone have experience with this and have advice?

Hello love. Everyone has spirit guides, it is simply that you may tune into them in slightly different ways to others if the imagining faculty is more difficult to relate to. Often you may notice more physical sensations in your body as signs and signals of your spirit guides being close or answering your questions. You may feel it as warmth, or tingling in different parts of your body or the hair on your arms standing on end. Sometimes it may come like a quick cold shiver over your body even though you are not cold. You may also feel it as a solidness or closeness in your energy field close to your body. When you ask a question to your spirit guides look out for these physical ques and perhaps try to understand what is a yes or no for you. You may also find that you can ask the questions then you have the answer in the days that follow, it may just appear in your mind as words, a voice or something that you know, or it can come through other humans, or animals or inspiring moments in nature. I don't think you are desensitized to it as you suggested, I feel that simply when you are in a really deep state of meditation we sometimes receive images, but if you have a very busy mind and you don't get so deep in meditation it may feel like that ability to receive has changed. However most of the time it is just that our minds get in the way. :-)
