Making Delicious St. Vincent Callaloo Soup with Pigtail & Turkey, Dumpling, Sweet Potatoes!
As you can see, we are used to cooking for a crowd, so feel free to cut this recipe in half if you don't plan on making quite as much. We usually just save our leftovers for the next night.. and this soup is just as delicious on the 2nd night.
Note: We used 3 cans of the Jamaican Callaloo (19 oz each).
