Jesus says, in the Bible, those who believe in me as their savior will have everlasting life, "not all of the people you bring to me will pay your ticket into heaven. Pastor Skeete, I'm sure this isn't what you meant. Please explain?

The verse you mentioned is in the video and answers yout question. At 35:30 the pastor reads John 3:16, and explains it. I will do so as well. Yes, we will have everlasting life if we believe in Christ. Belief in Christ comes with the responsibility to spread his message of his soon coming, to tell others of his love. Thats the job the calling, of those that believe in him. We don't just get to believe and keep it to ourselves and go to Heaven. We are Called to be A Blessing( title of the sermon) to others.
