It's not even funny. It's the same type of come back he's been using for 10-15 years. He should have some new good ones prepared to use when someone makes a prank call. It's a dated come back anyway. "run up your mother's phone bill??" what is this 1987? Kids today have their own cell phones when they're 10 years old.
