Glad for the PR on this condition, but I do think this doc underestimates recovery time for the procedure, and possible need for repeat embolizations, etc. I'd hate for anyone to believe treatment is always as simple as described.

Yes, every patient's experience may be slightly different and recovery may be longer for some patients. Most of our patients experience mild cramping for 24-48 hours after the procedure and are able to resume normal daily activities.
