It's wonderful how Arizona looks at Callie in the shower. I think that's when she started thinking about how Callie is broken because all of this. Jessica Capshaw and Sara Ramirez are wonderful actress.

I also feel that the shower scene was perfect, sometimes few words are needed and with Callie breaking down like that made Arizona realise that she isn't the only one struggling to deal with the situation. Both actresses were outstanding tonight!!

The shower scene was very powerful it made my heart break. both Jessica and Sara are AMAZING actresses. What makes me really annoyed however is Callie is the only one there to support Arizona, where is everybody else? I also thought this when the plane crashed and they were stranded, they just let Arizona fend for herself! Also, Callie is having a hard time too nobody is there to support her. She is now caring for her disabled traumatised wife and a baby after losing Mark, her best friend and Dad to her child. They are both alone together. Its a cruel storyline.

Actually Cristina helped Arizona on the island a lot, she gave her more portions of water, so cristina had to drink her own urine, and I remember Cristina saying how she stayed up keeping the leg clean from bugs

That shower is the most emotional scene in the entire series in my opinion! It was perfect! I love all of their lovey cute scenes but that scene was the best scene between them, it was perfect! That and the new season scene where Callie massages Arizona's thigh...tons of emotion.

Today itself I repeated that heart-wrenching shower scene for more than 10 times already and everytime I watched it, the impact I felt is still as great as the previous time I've watched it. Must say that this is a very very strong scene indeed! Aaaa !

What I still can't understand is how arizona blamed callie for so long about the leg. Like I get it she was mad and I understood at first but after a while it was a little cruel. HOWEVER when callie got in the accident and almost lost her Baby she didn't blame her like arizona did. Callie's character is so strong.

Callie was so affected by the accident.. I mean she had to basically fix everything afterwards. Mark, dereks hand, arizona and probably more.. so I can understand she gets really involved and almost feel like she was in it to some extent too..

I know right, all the people saying that Callie broke her promise forget they her leg was infected, septic and unsalable she was going to die if they didn't cut her leg. I understand that is something very traumatic for Arizona but she after a while she wasn't just angry she was being cruel

Lorena Saldana Callie here is like a punch bag for Arizona. Arizona here is traumatized, depressed, she was losing herself and was also in phisical pain. Her behaviour was unfair but the reasons were that.

Simple as that, she didn't want to live without her leg. She couldn't see a future for her after the amputation, I don't blame her, she was depressed and feeling miserable.

It's a trauma! You don't come out of a plane crash like that without severe trauma. Callie promised her that she wouldn't let them take her leg and she ended up breaking her promise. Of course she had to but honestly you'd be pissed too if you were promised that only to wake up without your leg. Everyone is always looking for someone else to blame and Arizona chose Callie. Callie honestly chose herself by letting Arizona think she cut it off even though it was Karev.

I think Izzy's scene with her lying with her dead boyfriend after cutting his L-line is the most emotional. That's when Kerev comes and picks her up from the bed and holds her as she weeps uncontrollably. There are lots of weepy scenes in this series, actually. Much better than your pick.

Sara rocked the scene with Jo.I loved it.It was funny.Callie is hurting,she loves AZ so much.She did what she had to do.and Az knows that she is just hurting right now.Its hard to hear Az talk to Callie that way knowing how much Callie loves her.I think that callie should had taken the money she needs the money more then anyone else.She is the only one working so she has to pay for every thing.She has a child to take care.And Az.She needs her own Lawyer.Jess and Sara is doing a wonderful job.

I notice that Derek mentioned only those who died,doctors, and not Arizona and Jerry, whom I know nothing about after the accident. He should have said, "Marks, Lexies, Jerrys and Arizonas". And even include himself, who is affected by it also, his hand. This is a task of the writer. I do not know for sure if Shonda has different writers writing for each character but being it so or not in a crash, catastrophe, there are also those who live with their traumas.

I agree with you also. I do not understand why it ended up like that! She needs to take care of Arizona, that is the present reality! Cristina is working, Meridith is working, Derek even though is having problems with his hands, he is working, so, everyone took in consideration Derek's view? To prolongate the issue and in the end what? To get more than what they were offering? To show what? I do not agree with what he said in the end. Callie has the now,a wife without a leg and in a trauma.

when the English woman was in the boating accident a few seasons ago, she was practising with a prosthetic before they dischraged her. I know Arizona is depressed, but surely her medical friends would be pushing her to rehabilitate (crutches, prosthetic, physiotherapy) rather than letting her fester in the flat in a wheelchair she isn't using properly?

I don't get why callie said that sofia's med school would be taken care of. Callie is a surgeon, Arizona and Mark were both surgeons so they would have money, Mark most probably had a life insurance policy taken out on hi when sofia was born, and Callie's dad is a loaded.
