Is that "Futuro House" in Finland? They originated there in the late 60's but stopped in 1973 with the oil crisis because of costs. Only about 100 were ever built. There's one up the road from me. Apparently about 70 still survive around the world. There's a really funky 30 min doco on YT about them called "Futuro - A New Stance For Tomorrow".
